What is the equilibrium constant for the vaporization of water at 298K? Can I conclude that will be less than 1 or very small since vaporisation of water is not spontaneous at 298 K? 

Or should it be equaled to zero? 

Similarly, for the melting process of a low melting point metal like gallium (melts at 30 degree Celsius). Isn’t it incorrect to say that its K is less than 1, even though standard Gibbs Free Energy change is greater than zero? Since there is no liquid Ga at all, at 298K?
